Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant submits that Special Civil Suit No. 104/2023/A, before the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division 'A' Court at Mapusa has been dismissed for default on 31.01.2026, and the matter has not been restored till date. Since the present Civil Revision Application challenges the rejection of the plaint in the aforementioned suit, the same would be rendered infructuous. The present Civil Revision Application stands dismissed as infructuous. Leave to revive the Civil Revision Application, if the matter before the Civil Court is restored.
