DATE : 04.02.2026 Learned counsel for the appellant as well as respondents submit that the parties have amicably settled the controversy and in accordance with the terms of settlement a joint pursis duly signed by all the parties and their counsels on 04.02.2026 is filed today, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification purpose. In accordance with this pursis, the appellant has handed over Pay Order of Rs.16 Lakhs dated 03.02.2026 in the name of respondent No.1 to the counsel for respondent Nos.1 & 2, in presence of both the respondents.

In view of the settlement of the controversy, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited with accrued interest from the Labour Prity

2 / 2 29.fa722.2025 Court/Commissioner under Employees Compensation Act, Nagpur, by filling appropriate application for withdrawal.

After the application for withdrawal is filed, the Court should immediately pass order on the said application and release the amount.

In view of the joint pursis placed on record, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of settlement as mentioned in the joint pursis.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
