O R D E R

(Passed on 14.03.2026) By the instant appeal, the appellant Insurance Company has challenged the Award dated 11.02.2025, passed by MACT,Nagpur in Claim Petition No.466 of 2021.

In view of pursis (Form'N'), the Claimant-Respondent no.1 shall be entitled to receive the amount of Rs.51,00,000/- along with interest accrued thereon towards full and final settlement, and the remaining amount along with interest accrued thereon be refunded to the Appellant-insurance Company, out of the amount, which is deposited by the Insurance Company. Accordingly, the Appeal Stands disposed of in terms of settlement.
