The matter is taken up in Lok-Adalat.

The matter is settled between the appellant/Insurance Company and the Respondent No.1/Original Claimant on the condition that the Respondent No.1 agreed on an amount of Rs.2,50,000/-(Two Lakh Fifty Thousand only) with accrued interest is to be paid to the respondent No.1 from the amount deposited by Insurance Company before this Hon'ble High Court and the balance remaining amount will be refunded to the Insurance Comapny i.e. Appellant. 3.

Form 'N' and compromise pursis be treated as a part of the Award. 4.

Court fee be refunded as per Rules.
