The matter is taken up in Lok-Adalat.

The matter is settled between appellant/Insurance Company and respondent No.1/Original claimant on the condition that respondent No.1 agreed on an amount of Rs.2,25,000/- with accrued interest as full and final settlement. Rest of the deposited amount along with accrued interest be refunded to the appellant/Insurance Company and the balance remaining amount be refunded to Insurance Company.

Form 'N' and compromise pursis be treated as a part of the Award. 4.

Court fees be refunded as per the Rules.
