The matter is taken up in Lok-Adalat.

The present appeal is settled between the appellant/Insurance company and Respondent No.1/Original Claimant, on the condition that the Respondent No.1 agreed on an amount of Rs.2,25,000/- (Two Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) with accrued interest is to be paid to the respondent No.1 from the amount deposited by Insurance company before this Hon'ble High Court and the balance remaining amount will be refunded to the Insurance company i.e. Appellant.

Appeal is disposed of as settled.

Court fee be refunded as per Rules.

5.
