Learned counsel for appellant submitted that he is not seeking a stay;therefore, the appellant may not be directed to deposit the amount. However, considering the facts of the case and the impugned judgment, I do not find substance in his contention; therefore, the same is turned down. The appellant is directed to deposit the entire amount of compensation, along with interest accrued thereon, in the court within eight weeks.
