This review petition is filed by respondent in the writ petition. By order dated 27th November 2025, the petition was disposed of. In paragraph no. 6 of the order it is recorded that respondent has not disputed the calculations in the report and in the chart prepared and tendered by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The said order is in terms of the chart prepared by the sessions court which was placed on record.
