2) By the Order under Review dated 9th December, 2024 we have directed the Petitioners to deposit the amount mentioned in the impugned Notice in the Registry of this Court for the reasons more specifically mentioned in the said Order.

2.1) We also noted that the Petitioners were and are having 1/2

apn 65-asia-7702-2025.doc substantive alternate remedy under Section 217 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporations Act, 1949 to challenge the fixation of tax liability by the Respondent Corporation.

3) A bare perusal of Order dated 9th December, 2024 according to us clearly indicates that, there is no error or least to say any error on the face of the record.

3.1) We find no merits in the Review Petition. Review Petition is accordingly dismissed.
