2) In paragraph 2.1, the Section "217" has been erroneously typed instead of Section "406 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949". The correct Section is "406".

5) Praecipe dated 5th May, 2025 is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
