The appellant, being dissatisfied with the order dated 29-01-2025 passed by the learned Family Court, Buldhana, has preferred this appeal. It is contended that the learned Judge erred in passing the decree on the ground of cruelty and desertion without considering the evidence on record in its proper perspective.
