The review petitioner had approached the Supreme Court in assailing the order under review dated 15 March 2023, and after having withdrawn the proceedings before the Supreme Court, the present review petition has been filed invoking the liberty as granted to the petitioner to file a review petition.

We have heard Dr. Warunjikar, learned Counsel for the review petitioner and Ms. Sagvekar, learned Counsel for the respondent-municipal corporation. We do not find that there is any error on the face of the order or any other ground made out to review the order dated 15 March 2023 within the permissible parameters of Order XLVII Rule 1 of CPC. Review petition is accordingly dismissed.

However, we may observe that except what has been adjudicated by us in the Writ Petition by our order dated 15 March 2023, we have not examined any other issues.
