In paragraph 8 of the Order dated 9th January 2025, this Court had incorrectly recorded that the defendant had produced receipt along with the Written Statement.

However, the said incorrect statement of fact, is not the only ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL reason which weighed with this Court in dismissing the Petition. ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.03.18 12:02:13 +0530 4.

Therefore, this Court does not find any sufficient ground to review the Order dated 9th January 2025.
