The petitioner has filed present review petitions seeking review of order dated 25 March 2025. The ground for review is that the basis of the order that revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 is pending, is factually incorrect.

It is not in dispute that revision is already decided. Hence, writ petitions require to be decided on merits. 3.

Hence, order dated 25 March 2025 stands recalled. Writ Petition Nos.3957 of 2025 and 3958 of 2025 are restored on the file of this Court.

Both review petitions stand disposed of in above terms. No costs.
