DATED : 13.03.2026 Vide order dated 30.01.2026, we have observed as under:

"The present application is filed for grant of permission to serve the respondent by paper publication.

2. It appears that the attempt to serve the respondent by RPAD and speed post is made. Both the envelops returned back with remarks that 'addressee left'. In view thereof, the application is allowed. The appellant is permitted to serve the respondent by paper publication as prayed. In addition to this, the appellant is permitted to serve the counsel appearing in the lower court for the respondent-husband."

The learned Counsel for the appellant has filed a pursis bearing Stamp No. 1/2026 on 04.03.2026 imposing the paper publication and service status of WhatsApp. These

In that view of the matter, we grant one more opportunity to the respondent to appear if he chooses to. 4.
