By this Review Petition, the petitioner seeks review of the judgment and order dated 2 April 2025 passed on Writ Petition No. 4193 of 2025. 2.

After this petition was heard for sometime, Mr. Gaikwad, learned counsel for the petitioner and very fairly, seeks leave to withdraw the Review Petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all contentions including on the default of the original petitioner/respondent no.1 in making payment of rent, to be agitated in appropriate proceedings or in the pending suit. 3.

Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.

All contentions of the parties and as already observed in the order dated 2 April 2025 under review are expressly kept open. 5.
