The above Review Petition is filed by the Original Petitioners whose Writ Petition was dismissed by this Court by a detailed judgment and and order dated 6th August 2024. We are informed that even the Special Leave Petition (SLP) filed challenging the said order was dismissed in limine. 2.

26-108-2025-RPW=.doc the order. However, we find from the averments made in the Review Petition as well as the arguments canvassed before us, what is sought to be done is to re-argue the matter. That is not the scope of our of review jurisdiction. 3.

We, therefore, find no merit in the above Review Petition. It is accordingly dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 4.
