After hearing learned Senior Counsel for the parties and for the reasons assigned in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, the proposed intervener is impleaded as respondent no. 4. Learned Senior Counsel for respondent no. 4 undertakes to file an affidavit-in-reply on or before 04/09/2025.

Needless to state that learned Counsel for CIDCO shall be at liberty to file the response, if so advised and the petitioner shall also be at liberty to file rejoinder affidavit on or before 06/09/2025. 4.
