The petitioners have filed the present review petition contending that the order of remand directs the subordinate

909-rpw-175-2025.doc authority to reconsider the proceedings under Section 32G of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948 afresh. However, upon perusal of the reasons recorded in RTS Appeal No. 112 of 2019, it is evident that the effect of the impugned order is only to remit the matter to the first authority for the limited purpose of holding an enquiry for adjudication of the quantum of purchase price in respect of the land admeasuring 0.20 hectares. No error apparent on the face of the record is, therefore, made out. 2.

In view of the above, the review petition stands disposed of. 3.

Accordingly, the interim application does not survive and stands disposed of.
