Learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that there is a report annexed on page 73 of the appeal compilation which refers to the structural audit of the ground plus partly two floor structure. 513-RPA-12-2025.docx petitioner had also relied upon the structural audit report which is annexed on page 73 of the appeal compilation. He submits that this report was also submitted before the corporation. He thus submits that if the report on page no. 73 is considered, it will be clear that there were two contrary reports on record, and, therefore, the corporation was required to send the matter to the Technical Advisory Committee ("TAC").

Learned counsel for the corporation seeks time to take instructions on the report which is annexed at page 73. 4.

List the review petition on 5th August 2025. To be listed first on board.

The interim protection already granted in the appeal shall continue till 5th August 2025.
