It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that the matter is scheduled on 19.11.2025 before the Wakf Tribunal. The respondents have caused their appearance before the Tribunal.

It reflects from record that respondent nos. 1 and 5 are avoiding the court service. The respondent nos. 1, 2 and 5 did not cause appearance in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court. It would be open for the applicant to bring present minutes of the order to the notice of the Presiding Officer, the counsel appearing for the respondents and the respondents especially on 19.11.2025. The Presiding Officer shall secure acknowledgment from the respondents regarding receipt of the minutes of the order.
