Mr. Akram Inamdar, holding for Mr. S. S. Kazi, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the notice issued to respondent no.5 appears to have been served through his brother. He fairly submits that proper and correct service of notice is required.

In view of this, re-issue notice to respondent no.5, returnable on 05.12.2025.

The applicant is permitted to serve respondent no.5 by all permissible modes of private service and to file affidavit of service to that effect.
