Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in paragraph 5 of the order, request of the petitioner to issue notice to respondent nos.4 to 6 only, has been recorded. However, Registry is not issuing the said notice only to respondent nos.4 and 6 with such direction in the order.

Registry is directed to issue notice only to respondent nos.4 to 6 at the request of the petitioners. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 3.
