Civil Revision Application is directed against the order passed by the Taxing Officer calling upon the applicants to pay the deficit court fees of Rs.45,615/-. Matter is covered by the view taken by this Court. In case of Shivshankar S/o Khandu Udtewar Vs. Managing Director of DCC Bank Latur and others [2026(1) Mh.L.J. 40]. It is permissible for the applicants to receive his claim to the extent of Rs.1,00,000/- and the payment of court fees of Rs.3,215/- is legal and valid. The order dated 05.10.2025 passed by the Taxing Officer is quashed and set aside and the objection regarding deficit court fees shall stand dispensed with.
