This application has been filed with a prayer to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the connected Review Petition seeking review of the order dated 09.10.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.112 of 2025 and Writ Petition No.1619 of 2025 (F). 15th January, 2026

MCA 7 of 2026 We have perused the explanation furnished in the application and also considered the submissions made by Mr Rao, the learned counsel for the Applicant. Mr Kerkar, the learned counsel appearing for the original Petitioner submits that he has no instructions to file reply. The learned counsel for the Intervenor also submits that he has no objection to the prayer for condonation of delay. In view of the above and considering the explanation furnished by the Applicant, the delay of 16 days in filing the connected Review Petition stands condoned. Office to list the Review Petition on 05.02.2026 for necessary orders.
