1. This is an application for release of the amount kept in Fixed Deposits in favour of the Applicant Nos. 2 and 3, who at the relevant time were minors. The said amounts were invested in Fixed Deposits under orders of this Court dated 18.04.2018 and 07.12.2021, in view of the fact that Applicant Nos. 2 and 3 were minors at the relevant time. The details of the Fixed Deposit receipts of each of the aforementioned Applicants are stated in paragraph No. 3 of the application. However, the Applicants have now attained majority, have expressed their desire to have the Fixed Deposit receipts broken and to realise the said amount along with the accrued interest, to have the same transferred to their own personal accounts. The account details of Applicant Nos. 2 and 3 are mentioned in para 4 of the application. 12th June, 2026

2. The application is supported by the affidavits of the mother of the Applicant Nos. 2 and 3 and of the Applicants themselves.

3. Considering the aforementioned facts, the application is allowed. The Registry of this Court is directed to encash the Fixed Deposits in favour of Applicant Nos. 2 and 3 as detailed in paragraph No. 3 of the application and to transfer, after encashing of the Fixed Deposits to each of the accounts of Applicant Nos. 2 and 3 as detailed in paragraph No.4 of the application. The Fixed Deposits shall be broken and the amounts shall be transferred within a period of three weeks from today.

4. The application stands disposed of.
