1. The Misc. Civil Application No.77 of 2025 seeks condonation of delay of 946 days in preferring the appeal.
2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application which states that delay had occasioned in filing of the appeal since the applicant's wife was fighting with cancer and he was the only caretaker of his wife in the hospital. The application is accompanied by a medical certificate which reflects that the wife of the applicant was admitted, on 20.01.2022 in Manipal hospital and was discharged on the same day on administering chemotherapy.

3. In the aforesaid certificate, the period for which the wife of the applicant was ailing is not clearly stated. Leaving it open to the learned counsel for the applicant to place on record an appropriate document for justifying the delay, the listing of application is postponed to 28.03.2025. BHARATI H.
