1. The Applicant, by way of this application, seeks condonation of delay of 18 days in preferring the present Revision Application.

2. Heard Mr Vallabh Pangam, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. He submits that the order under challenge before this Court is dated 21st September, 2024, passed on the application for rejection of the plaint filed by the Applicant herein (original Defendant) at Exhibit D/8. He submits that the delay of 18 days is an inadvertent delay and that there was no intention to delay the matter. He also submits that due to Christmas vacation, the Applicant was unable to go through the draft of the Revision Application prepared and submitted by him to the Applicant. In these circumstances, he prayed that the inadvertent delay of 18 days be condoned.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the application and the submissions made by Mr Pangam, learned counsel for the Applicant, the delay of 18 days in preferring the present Revision Application is condoned. Revision Application be registered accordingly.
