This is an application for early hearing. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the main Petition, i.e. Writ Petition No.908/2015 is for refund of around more than rupees three crores. The Applicant, as of now, is almost 70 years of age with a serious heart ailment. Therefore, the matter requires to be heard earlier.

2. Considering this request, the Writ Petition No.908/2015 be added to the final hearing Board commencing from 02.02.2026.
