The present application is filed with the two main prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read thus :

" (A) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent no. 4 i.e. Communidade of Quelossim to construct a new file and submit to the Applicant i.e. Office of the Administrator of Communidades-South Zone to decide the Grant of Posse Difinitiva of Communidade land at Quelossim Goa and letter dated 29.11.2001 filed by the father of the Petitioners Late Andrew @Andre F. X. Rodrigues;

8th December, 2025

MCA 124 of 2025 B) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the time by 6 months from the date of submission of new file pertaining to file No. 88/1959."

2. Both the learned Counsel appearing for the contesting parties submit that the prayer clause (a) does not survive any more as the file is now reconstructed. As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for extension of six months from today.

3. Learned Counsel for the Respondent has no objection if the time is extended with a rider that it should be the last opportunity.

4. Considering these submissions, the time to decide the application is extended by a period of six months from today, with the expectation that it would be the last opportunity for the Petitioners/Applicant. The present application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. ASHISH S. CHAVAN, J.
