Now, Appellant No. 2 intends to bring on record her daughters as Appellant No. 1A and 1B as stated in the Application.

The Application is filed on 18/06/2025. It is within 90 days. The Death Certificate is on record. In view of that, the Application deserves to be allowed. Hence, I pass the following Order :

"MCA/141/2026 IN SA/80/2013 is allowed. Appellant No. 2 is allowed to mark Appellant No. 1 as deceased and bring on record their daughters as Appellants 1 A and 1 B as stated in the Application within stipulated time."
