1. This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Original Appellant in First Appeal No.9/2006 which was dismissed by this Court on 24.11.2010. At the time this Appeal was admitted, the Appellants had deposited an amount of Rs.22,500/- on 21.04.2006 which amount was invested in Fixed Deposit as per Farad entry of 31.07.2006 found in the First Appeal.

2. Since the First Appeal is now dismissed, the Registry shall pay to the Original Respondent/Applicant herein Shri Chandrakant R. Prabhudessai, the deposited amount with interest accrued thereon within a period of three weeks of this order. The amount may be 12th December, 2025

MCA 213 of 2025 directly remitted to the bank account of the Applicant who shall furnish the same on affidavit, with a copy of this bank passbook annexed thereto as proof.

3. Application stands disposed of.

4. It is needless to state, if, on calculation, the Applicant claims any amount over and above the deposited amount as due to him under the Award, the passing of this order shall not come in his way of moving appropriate proceedings to recover the same.
