Misc. Civil Application No.258/2025 is filed in Writ Petition No.1099/2018, which is already admitted. The application is filed with a prayer for substitution of the original Petitioner in the cause title. 2.

The Petition is filed by the Tribal Multipurpose Co-operative Credit Society Ltd. represented by its Chairman Shri Durgadas Gaonkar. The Application mentions that the then Chairman Shri Durgadas

39-MCA-258-2025 Gaonkar passed away on 19.11.2021 at the Goa Medical College, Bambolim. A copy of the Death Certificate is annexed to this Application. The prayer is made for the suLjstitutioǿ oǟ the ChairǾaǿ's name. The Application mentions that the Society has elected new Chairman Shri Rupesh Soiru Velip to fill the vacancy caused due to death of the earlier Chairman.

Considering that the Petition was filed by the Society represented by the Chairman and not in his individual capacity, the Application can be allowed. Hence, we pass the following order:

O R D E R

(i) The Application is allowed.

(ii) The Applicant is permitted to amend the cause title and substitute the ǿaǾe oǟ the preseǿt ChairǾaǿ ৚Rupesh Soiru Velip৛ iǿ plalje oǟ the earlier ChairǾaǿ DurǠadas Gaoǿkar. (iii) Amendment shall be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
