Accordingly ammendment was made.

It is seen that the application is filed on 31/07/2025. It is within 90 days. The death certificate of Appellant No. 3 is on record. In view of that, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, I pass the following Order: 9th April, 2026

ORDER

“MCA/275/2025 in SA/52/2022 is allowed. Appellant No. 1 and 2 are allowed to make amendment in respect of the deceased Appellant No. 3 as prayed in the application within stipulated time as per Order 6 Rule 17 of Civil Procedure Code.
