1. By this application, the Applicants seek exemption from substituting the legal representatives of the Respondent Nos.1, 8, 10, 15 and 16, as arraigned as such in the present writ petition, who are not contesting parties in the Regular Civil Suit No.578/2010/A, pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division at Margao.

2. Insofar as the Respondent No.1 is concerned, her legal heirs are already on record of the present petition and hence it is not necessary to grant permission to bring the legal heirs of the Respondent No.1 again on record.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the application and the fact that the legal heirs of the Respondent Nos.8, 10, 15 and 16 are not contesting the suit before the Trial Court from which the present proceedings are instituted, the Applicants are exempted from substituting the legal heirs of the Respondent Nos.8, 10, 15 and 16 in the present petition.

4. Insofar as the Respondent No.1 is concerned, her legal heirs are already on record.
