his is an application for ixing an early date of hearing of the First Appeal No.49/2023. Learned counsel for the Applicants pointed out that vide Order dated 28.08.2023, the appeal was admitted and it was to be listed for inal hearing in the week commencing from 08.01.2024. he appeal was listed accordingly. However, thereafter, the matter did not appear on the inal hearing board.

Considering this situation, following order is passed: First Appeal No.49/2023 shall be added to the inal hearing board commencing from 05.01.2026.
