This is an application for amendment in the cause title of the main appeal filed by the original appellants/applicants herein. It is mentioned in the application that the Respondent no.4(a) is Mr. Josce Comenio Luis, who has expired on 24.07.2025, he is already represented by the original Respondent no. 6. The only amendment in the cause title of the Appeal sought by the learned Counsel for the 1st December, 2025

MCA 321 of 2025 Applicant is that the Respondent no. 4(a)-Mr. Josce Comenio Luis be described as 'since deceased' after his name.

2. Considering this background, the application is allowed. The cause title be amended as prayed for by the Applicants. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

3. Application stands disposed of. The Appeal shall proceed in due course.
