The main Writ Petition No. 196 of 2014 is already admitted by issuing Rule. The said Writ Petition was for a declaration that some provisions of the Goa Non-Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act, 1996, be declared as null and void. The other prayer is for quashing and striking down the Notification dated 04.02.2014 issued under the said Act.

2. It is the case of the Applicant in the present application that after the Writ Petition was admitted, there are various Notifications issued by the State Government as well as the Central Government concerning the same subject matter. Therefore, the Applicant wants to bring the subsequent Notifications on record and also amend the prayer clause.

3. Considering these submissions, since the subject matter covers the Notifications, the present application is allowed. The amendment to be carried out as per Schedule I to this application within a period of six weeks from today.

4. The Application is disposed of. Writ Petition shall proceed in due course.
