Heard Mr. Amey Salatry, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Abhijeet Gosavi, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent.

This is an application for extension of time under Section 29-A

(3) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

Vide order dated 26.02.2022, in an application for appointment of an Arbitrator bearing No.9 of 2021, this Court appointed Mr. R.G Ramani, Senior Advocate of this court, as the Sole Arbitrator. 5.

Subsequently, by an order of this Court dated 28.08.2024 in Miscellaneous Civil Application No.2049 of 2024 (F), an extension for a period of nine months was granted for the completion of the arbitration proceedings, which was further extended by this Court vide its order dated 19.03.2025 in Miscellaneous Civil Application No.80 of 2025 (F), extending the period further for nine months upto

30.11.2025.

The Applicant seeks a further extension of the period for nine months until 30.08.2026, to complete the said proceedings. 7.

Mr. Abhijeet Gosavi, Advocate appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that they have no objection for extension of the period until 30.08.2026 as prayed for.

Accordingly, the application as per prayer clause (a) stands allowed. An extension until 30.08.2026 is granted for completion of the Arbitral proceedings.
