1. Mr Kamat, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 has tendered a short reply today placing on record the resolution dated 27.01.2026 of the Village Panchayat of Anjuna-Caisua.

2. As per the statements made in the reply as well as the projection made in the resolution, it appears that leaving aside the old residential house, the two other structures have been found to be illegal. Therefore, the show cause with regard to the old house has been discharged.

3. In so far as the remaining two structures are concerned, the Applicant's counsel submits that his client would voluntarily demolish both the structures and to that effect, he is ready and willing to furnish an undertaking before the Village Panchayat. On such ground, the Applicant's counsel submits that the entire property be de-sealed.

4. Prayers of the Applicant, made on the conditions projected above, are not opposed by the Respondents' counsel. Therefore, this application is disposed of by providing that within a week from today, the Applicant may submit necessary undertaking before the Village Panchayat, pursuant whereof, the premises be de-sealed and the Applicant is permitted to demolish the two illegal structures.

5. Compliance report be filed before this Court within four weeks from today.
