This is an Application for fixing an early date of hearing of First Appeal No. 48 of 2023.

2. Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Appellant submitted that the Appellant is about 75 years of age. He submitted that the outcome of this First Appeal will have an impact on the proceedings before the Inventory Court, which are going on.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1 submitted that the Appellant is a foreign national. However, he does not have a serious objection for fixing the date for final hearing. Therefore, the First Appeal be listed for final disposal on the final hearing board commencing from 02.02.2026.
