The Applicant herein is senior citizen and is aggrieved by the non-fixation of the date of retirement.

2. The present application has been filed seeking directions for expeditious hearing and disposal of the connected Writ Petition.

3. We have perused the ground stated in the application.

4. Mr. Shirodkar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State, states that he has no instructions to file reply.

5. In view of the above and having regard to the ground stated in the 5th January, 2026

MCA 363 of 2025 application, the prayer for early hearing deserves to be accepted and is accordingly allowed.

6. The connected Writ Petition is fixed for hearing and final disposal on 11.02.2026.
