The application seeks, in view of the interim order dated 19.11.2025, to direct the release of certain sums of money to be paid as salaries to the employees and the payments of the pending Electricity Bills of the school run by the Society. There is no objection from the Petitioners to the release of this fund. 3.

Consequently, concerned signatories to the account of the Society are Mr. Ashraf Pandial, President and Mr. Shaikh

Yusuf, Treasurer, the said two signatories shall sign the cheques from the Cheque Book which is deposited with the Registrar of this Court in the names of the following employees: (a) Abdul Jabbar Shaikh - Rs. 45000/- (b) Anjum Sayed and Malam Mulla - Rs. 40,000/- each. (c) Deepali Latyi - Rs. 22,500/- Further cheques shall be drawn in favour of the Electricity Department and shall be signed by the signatories for the exact amount stated in three Electricity Bills which, cumulatively for considering that the bills have arrears, amounting to Rs. 20,523/-. These bills are found at pages 10 to 12 of the application.

The cheques signed by the signatories shall be deposited in the respective accounts of the employees, whilst the cheque drawn on the Electricity Bill shall be paid by the Applicant at the concerned office of the Electricity Department. 5.

Learned Advocate Mr. Rohit Bras D'Sa appearing for the Applicant, has submitted across the bar that the water bill charged to the school, which shall be produced before the Registrar of this Court, and paid in the same manner. The Applicant submits that the bill is in the amount of Rs. 32,261/-. The Registrar of this Court shall ensure that the same process

of taking signatures of two signatories and the cheques to be issued in favour of the PWD for clearing this bill. 6.
