1. Registry to waive office objections and register the matters.

2. Under order of 16.10.2025 passed in Misc. Civil Application No.273 of 2025 in Writ Petition No.1455/25(F), the Petitioner was to deposit before the Registry of this Court a total amount of Rs.6,87,13,505/- by 22.12.2025. The Petitioner, as against this amount, has deposited an amount of Rs. 2,34,33,297/-, leaving a remainder of Rs.4,52,80,208/- which is yet to be deposited. The 23rd December, 2025

MCA 374 of 2025 Petitioner seeks an extension of three months to deposit this amount in the Registry of this Court. The Respondents to this application have no objection for granting this time. Accordingly time granted under the order of 16.10.2025, which is referred above, to deposit the balance amount of Rs.4,52,80,208/- stands extended, and the Petitioner shall deposit this amount with the Registry by 31.03.2026.

3. The applications stand disposed of.
