1. Registry to waive office objections and register the matter.

2. By order of 01.08.2025, passed in Writ Petition No.1208/2025F and 1455/2025 F this Court had disposed of the petitions in terms of the minutes of the same date, filed by the parties. The minutes are recorded at paragraph 3 of the order.

3. Under clause 15 of the minutes, the penalty amount imposed by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority of Rs.50 Lakhs, on the Petitioner was to be deposited by the Petitioner before the Registry of 23rd December, 2025

MCA 376 of 2025 this Court. This penalty amount is due to the Account of the Goa Real Estate Regulatory Authority by whom this application has now been filed for the directions to transfer the penalty amount deposited on 21.10.2025 before the Registry of this Court.

4. In view of the no objection given by the parties, the amount of Rs.50lakhs deposited in the Registry of this Court by the Petitioner on 21.10.2025, shall be directly to remitted to the Account of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority details of which are given in the prayer clause (b) of the Applicant and are reproduced below: Bank Name: State Bank of India Account Name: The Goa Real Estate Regulatory Authority Account Number: 37191127730 IFSC Code: SBINO000509 Branch: Hotel Mandovi, Panaji

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause (a) and (b) of the application. The amount to be remitted within 15 days from this order.
