Learned counsel for the Respondent No.7 states that as per the suggestions given by the Petitioner, a meeting was convened. However, the Petitioner did not remain present for the said meeting. he Petitioner appears through VC and informs the Court that he was never served with any notice. herefore, the Respondent No.7 shall again convene a meeting in the present subject matter and issue fresh notice to the Petitioner. his time the notice shall be efected by serving it physically on the Petitioner.
