Mr. Shivan Desai, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent no. 7, submits that in terms of the Order passed by this Court, a meeting of the State Board was convened on 09.01.2026, wherein the Petitioner was also present. In the said meeting, some important decisions in relation to the transportation issues faced by the students of DMC College have been adopted. He, therefore, seeks two weeks' time to place the Resolution adopted in the meeting, along with a proposal for addressing the issue, on record.
