The present Application is filed for setting aside order dated 18/11/2024 passed by this Court in Misc. Civil Application (St) No. 7123/2024, whereby the earlier Misc. Civil Application (St) No.1811/2023 was restored in First Appeal No.91/2020. 3.

It appears that no cost was imposed while restoring the aforesaid Misc. Civil Application, but a condition was imposed for filing paper book within four weeks. Still the Applicants/Employer did not file paper book within stipulated period, which resulted into filing the present second restoration application.

The learned Counsel for Applicants/Employer is ready with the paper book, therefore, in the interest of justice the Misc. Civil Application (St) No. 7123/2024 needs to be restored. 5.

As such, the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause - (1), subject to costs of Rs. 3000/- to be paid to Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary. 6.
