JANUARY 28, 2025 Registry has made a remark that counsel for petitioners has filed pursis and placed on record copy of acknowledgment wherein copy of review petition has been served to the counsel Mr. R. R. Deo, of the respondents. The Registry has, however, not recorded satisfaction as regards service to the respondents. 2.

Attention of the Registry is invited to order dated 10.01.2025 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 528/2021 in Company Appeal (CAP) No.4/2012(D), wherein categorical directions were given that in such eventuality, the Registry will have to verify the documents placed by the petitioner and record satisfaction as regards service of notice to the respondents. Having not done so, Registry is directed to submit report as to whether the respondents have been duly served. 4.

Counsel for applicants submits that he has not only filed pursis but has filed affidavit of service and acknowledgment. The remark, however, does not indicate so.

Registry, therefore, shall verify and make appropriate remarks as regards service to the respondents. 6.
