The applicants have filed this Miscellaneous Civil Application to transfer the complaint bearing PWDA/61/2024 filed by the non-applicant No.1 before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Yavatmal to the file of Civil Judge Junior Division Karanja (Lad).

The applicants have stated that they are staying at Karanja (Lad) and the non-applicants are staying at Yavatmal. Non-applicant No.1 Nahid has filed the petition before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Yavatmal. Two children are staying with applicants and it is not possible for them to attend the Court as they have to take care of child.

The non-applicants are not present.

It appears from the record that, two children are staying with the applicants i.e one daughter, who is 13 years of age and son, who is 12 years of age. One Kavita

It will be inconvenient for the non applicant No.1, if the matter is transferred to the Court of Karanja Lad as she has to travel with said child, who is 7 years of age. Considering that the applicant No.2 is there to take care of the children, and they are old enough, the application stands rejected.
